2020年新冠疫情爆發，國際商業環境劇變，國際關系摩擦升級，企業遭遇法律風險升級，企業必須重視合規發展的警鐘一再被敲響。經濟全球化新階段，合規經營是國際化企業持續發展的源動力和根本保障。目前各個國家都在通過立法、國際合作的方式加強合規監管工作。中國政府也越來越重視依法治企與合規監管，國務院國資委全面推進中央企業合規管理

工作，目前中央企業已全部成立合規委員會。最高檢也在有序推進企業合規改革試點工作，并牽頭推動建立國家層面的企業合規第三方監管機制。企業在全球開展投資與貿易活動時，必須遵守全球市場的規則與要求，進一步提升國際化合規經營與管理競爭力。

論壇將以反商業賄賂為出發點，全面探討在國際疫情經濟大背景下國內外企業在合規管理上的經驗和發展。組委會將邀請到250多位行業內資深人士與企業合規部門負責人以及150多家國內外知名企業與協會匯聚一堂，共同就最新法律與政策解讀、跨國業務合規體系管理、網絡安全與數據合規、企業內部合規體系建設、第三方合作管控、合規管理創新技術應用等一系列話題進行探討，與成熟企業分享成功的合規實踐案例，助力我國營造更好的商業和市場競爭環境。旨在為所有參會嘉賓提供具有實踐性、創新性、全面性以及符合新時代的企業合規解決方案，讓參會企業在新合規時代的環境下應對自如，游刃有余！
