過去一百年來，全球地表平均溫度升高了 0.74℃，預計到 21 世紀末仍將上升 1.1- 6.4℃。中國近百年來地表平均氣溫升高了1.1℃，自 1986 年以來經歷了 21 個暖冬。中國沿海海平面近30年上升了 90 毫米。目前人類社會正在面臨有史以來最嚴重的氣候變化問題，由此引起的一系列生態災害不斷增加。隨著2021年拜登政府重返巴黎協議，我國提出30/60碳達峰碳中和承諾。至此，世界碳排放量最大的兩個國家都做出了對改善氣候問題的最新承諾。各國政府及社會大眾對企業可持續發展的要求不斷嚴苛，中外企業要想在可持續道路上做出真正的改變，應當如何應對？

同時，伴隨氣候變化、勞工合規風險、供應鏈風險等非財務風險日益凸顯，ESG 理念不僅僅在國際上已成主流，在國內也逐步得到廣泛重視，相關規范政策也在不斷完善。

In the past century, the average global surface temperature has risen by 0.74°C, and it is expected that it will still rise 1.1-6.4°C by the end of the 21st century. At present, human society is facing the most serious climate change problem in history, and a series of ecological disasters caused by this are increasing. With the return of the Biden government to the Paris agreement in 2021, China put forward a 30/60 carbon peak carbon neutral commitment. So far, the two countries with the largest carbon emissions in the world have made the latest commitments to improve climate issues.
